1. connect the phone with the pc using usb cable/or bluetooth.
2. in the new network connection wizard:
connect to the internet->set up my connection manually->connect using a dial-up modem->select
modem->motorola usb modem(com7)->isp name :null->phone number: *99#->user name password: null
