頁面 title 具體一些有助於 seo 。

zc-v-1.39 的新聞外掛程式所有的新聞title都是一樣的。現在將其改為與新聞標題一致。

修改 include/modules/meta_tags.php

在 case 'page': 之前（大概在314行左右）新增：
