依次選擇「開始→執行」，在「開啟」對話框框中輸入「regedit」，單擊「確定」按鈕，開啟「登錄檔編輯器」視窗，展開 「hkey_classes_root\*\shellex\contextmenuhandlers」分支，在其下找到要刪除的無用項，然後右鍵單擊該 項，再單擊「刪除」將其刪除即可清除右鍵選單中的對應選項。 對於僅在資料夾右鍵選單中才有的選項，可到 hkey_classes_root\directory\shell和hkey_classes_root\directory\shellex \contextmenuhandlers分支下查詢。有時hkey_classes_root\folder\shell和 hkey_classes_root\folder\shellex\contextmenuhandlers分支下也有右鍵選單中的選項。最後關閉「注 冊表編輯器」視窗。

①hkey_classes_root\*shellex\contextmenuhandlers，選擇你想刪除的項，右擊後kill it即可；
②對於僅在資料夾右鍵中才有的則到hkey_c_root\direclory\shell和hcr\direclory\shellex\contertmenuhandlers分支下去找，找到了，右擊刪之；
③有時在hcr\folder\shell和hcr\folder\shellex\contertmenuhandlers分支下也會有。
但千萬別忘了，登錄檔操作具有一定危險性，刪除之前，先備份一下，如沒問題，再將備份刪除。
