步驟一
開啟get_tcp_connections，修改一下cactidir的路徑成你的實際路徑哦.
步驟二
進入cacti後台， import/export - import templates 匯入cacti_graph_template_tcp_connections.xml模板檔案。
執行：snmpnetstat -v 2c -c snmp community -can -cp tcp host，如果能夠取到指定host的資料，snmp就沒問題了。
進入devices 選中要新增此模板的主機
最後進入graphs檢視得到圖形：
