oralce bug 10306945 已經在 10.2.0.5 及以後版本中修復了，但是修復的 補丁預設是disable狀態，故需要手工enable開啟該bug修復功能
oracle 對該bug 的說明：

所有使用oracle 的版本 且 版本在 大於等於 10.2.0.5 小於 11.1 的 ，請在 sys 使用者下執行 下列命令：
alter system set events '10306945 trace name context forever, level 1'
對於使用11g 的專案，專案一般使用的是11.2 版本的 ，不需要執行。
檢視版本的方法，舉例：
