bootstrap table 整合dwr框架

對於專案需求使用easyui和dwr框架，事後覺得easyui介面不是很喜歡而dwr非常的實用，目前bootstrap比較流行，想使用dwr ajax開源框架實現與bootstrap table的整合，而網上確實沒有這方面的資料，於是自己動手編寫。

檢視bootstrap-table的api文件：

裡面有個ajax屬性--a method to replace ajax call. should implement the same api as jquery ajax method

只要在js中重寫ajax方法即可實現dwr-ajax非同步請求。直接上寫ajax方法的原始碼。
