gsm網路
hlr包含每個gsm網路中每個使用者的管理性資料。每個gsm網路邏輯上有1個hlr，實際上它可以是分布式的。
跟使用者有關的有2個號碼：imsi, msisdn.它們都儲存在hlr中。
vlr包含了hlr中部分資料，為1個或多個msc區域服務，跟locationupdate過程有關。
imsi
國際移動使用者標識。
mcc：mobile country code，移動國家碼，三個數字，如中國為 460。
mnc：mobile network code，移動網號，兩個數字，如中國移動的mnc為00。
nmsi：national mobile subscriber identification，在某一國家內ms唯一的識別碼。
msin 移動臺識別號，在某一plmn（public land mobile network，和pstn相對應）內ms唯一的識別碼。
imsi 儲存在sim卡中
msisdn
移動使用者的目錄號。e.164格式。
1個手機上可能有不止乙個msisdn
cc： country code，國家碼，如中國為86。
ndc：national destination code，國內接入號，如中國移動的ndc目前有139、138、137、136、135。
