網路發起重認證
終端註冊成功後，協商的註冊重新整理周期在以前
sip網路的機制中不可臨時由
s-cscf
進行改變，但有些情況下確實需要
s-cscf
對終端進行重認證。
在ims
機制中，
s-cscf
通過之前與終端註冊訂閱基礎上，向終端發起
notify
請求來縮短註冊週期，完成由網路側發起重認證的目的。
