a、直接重新整理，獲取grid的store後，呼叫store的reload()方法；

這裡主要用到兩個方法：htmlencode 和htmldecode

htmlencode(string value):

將引數value進行html字元的替換並返回，將字串中的特殊字元轉換成html的代表該字元的特殊字元，如將「&」，「」等分別轉換成「&」，「>」，「

呼叫格式：

ext.util.format.htmlencode(string value)

引數說明：

value:進行替換的字串

返回值：

string 返回替換後的字串

htmldecode(string value):

是htmlencode的逆過程，將引數value轉換成html的特殊字元的替換字元，如將「&」，「>」，「」。

呼叫格式：

ext.util.format.htmldecode(string value)

引數說明：

value:解碼的html字串

返回值：

string 返回解碼後的字串
