hi模板檔案報亂碼問題

1、h5模板在： templates\common

2、出現亂碼的都在templates\common\tags  區域性檢視裡。

3、頁面頂部有引用（skin-common_submmitcartproducts.ascx）：

4、去掉這段頭部的**就可以。

5、但是去掉有會在重新生成解決方案的時候報錯。所以只能加上，然後等發布的時候再去掉。
