比如輸入字串為"leetcodeishiring"行數為 3 時，排列如下：
l c i r之後，你的輸出需要從左往右逐行讀取，產生出乙個新的字串，比如：e t o e s i i g
e d h n
"lciretoesiigedhn"。
請你實現這個將字串進行指定行數變換的函式：

l c i r可以發現規律，第一行第乙個字母l，向下走到底需要走n-1步，並且再走到頂又需要n-1步；所以第一行兩個元素的絕對步長是2(n-1)，然後第二行e->o之間也是絕對步長2(n-1)，但是此時中間夾了乙個字母t，因為「z」字形的走法，當處於非第一行和最後一行的字母，他們出現的位置與行號i有關，為：2(n-1)-2i。e t o e s i i g

所以定義變數i表示行號，j表示在原始陣列中的位置。
