testdblink ： 表示dblink名字
dbname ：表示 遠端資料庫的使用者
dbpassword：表示 遠端資料庫的密碼
host ： 表示遠端資料庫ip
port ： 表示遠端資料庫埠
service_name ： 遠端資料庫的例項名

drop database link testdblink
