（1）系統許可權
系統許可權是指對資料庫系統的許可權和物件結構控制的許可權。
如grant create session to 使用者名稱 -賦予使用者登入的許可權
訪問其它使用者物件的權利
grant select,update,delete,insert on 使用者名稱.表名 to 使用者名稱
grant select any table to 使用者名稱 --給該使用者賦予訪問任何表的許可權 同理可以賦予update 和delete 的
三個常用的角色：dba，resource,connect
dba:該角色具有資料庫所有的許可權。
connect:該角色具有連線資料庫的許可權，和create session的許可權一樣。
resource:該角色是應用程式開發角色，具有如下許可權
