注：bootstrap.js的作用是用於 自動載入ext-all-debug.js或者ext-all.js 如果實用localhost或者ip的話，將啟動ext-all-debug，否則啟動ext-all.js

注：ext.onready方法是在dom載入後才執行的，而onload則是在所有資源載入完才執行。如果存在多個 onready可以保證同時執行
