最近做的專案中用到了**，css中設定了td統一的border和不同的background，並且table也設定了background。
在chrome下td的border正常展示出來了，但ie下td的border卻看不到，使用開發者工具檢視td的border屬性設定也正常。但就是看不到
1、table設定了border-collapse:collapse;
2、td設定了background以及position:relative;
