Python Selenium啟動瀏覽器

因為我們目前專案常用chrome，此處以chrome為例：

1、安裝chrome webdriver

2、編寫第乙個py檔案，用以開啟chrom瀏覽器

先設定好環境變數，在path裡增加chromedriver.exe的路徑
