方法1：（推薦使用這個方法）
開啟ie瀏覽器, 選擇'工具"-->"internet選項"-->"常規", 選擇 "語言", 預設只有 "中文", 選擇 " 新增 ", 加入 "英語(美國)" , 調整順序, 把「英語(美國)」移動到最上面。
此方法還可以用來很方便的快速切換oem的中文和英文環境，平時還是多使用英文環境比較好！
方法2：
1 stop the oem service
$>emctl stop dbconsole
2.分別進入以下三個路徑
$oracle_home/jdk/jre/lib
$oracle_home/jre/1.4.2/lib
3.在每個目錄都透過以下指令覆蓋檔案
我們只要用合適的中文字符集檔案替換預設檔案即可,這裡使用
font.properties.zh_cn_utf8
來替換預設字型定義檔案:
cp font.properties.zh_cn_utf8 font.properties
[oracle@~/product/10.2/jdk/jre/lib]$>ls font*zh_cn*
font.properties.zh_cn_utf8 font.properties.zh_cn_utf8.5.9
[oracle@~/product/10.2/jdk/jre/lib]$>
cp font.properties.zh_cn_utf8 font.properties

cp font.properties.zh_cn_utf8 font.properties
4.進入oem的圖示路徑，清除之前的檔案
b-68.gif b-68.imx b-b5.gif b-b5.imx b-iagree.gif b-iagree.imx
rm b*
5.啟動oem
emctl start dbconsole
重新啟動oem之後，oem的按鈕就出現中文了。
