mac系統檢視埠占用的程序

在linux下，檢視占用埠的程序可以使用netstat -antpl | grep port，但是在mac下，這個netstat的功能縮水了（很多命令在mac下都縮水了），所以怎麼檢視占用埠的程序呢？
搜尋了一遍，感覺可以使用lsof -i tcp:這個命令來實現，表示埠號。
-i [i] selects the listing of files any of whose internet address
matches the address specified in i. if no address is
specified, this option selects the listing of all internet
and x.25 (hp-ux) network files.
