1.獲取適用於cygwin的g77/f77安裝包
本人從cygwin-release-20061108的cygwin早期版本中拷貝的安裝包，gcc-g77-3.3.3-3.tar.bz2
2.解壓安裝包
注意：一定要使用普通使用者許可權，命令：tar -jxvf gcc-g77-3.3.3-3.tar.bz2 --no-same-owner
–no-same-owner的意思是忽略檔案解壓獲得檔案許可權問題，因為這個檔案是拷貝過來的。
如果使用root許可權，這個命令會導致錯誤。
3.檔案拷貝
解壓產生usr資料夾，下面有3個資料夾：bin、lib、share。
bin中的檔案拷貝到cygwin安裝目錄的bin資料夾中；
lib中的檔案拷貝到cygwin安裝目錄的lib資料夾中；
share中包含doc、info、man三個資料夾；分別對應拷貝到cygwin安裝目錄的usr/share中對應的資料夾中。
