1.開啟登錄檔編輯器，開始->執行->regedit。
2.在hkey_classses_root→ * → shell 下，在shell下，新建項命名為open with notepad++，在該新建項的右邊視窗新建字串值（右鍵--新建--字串值）。名稱：icon；值：d:\software\notepad++\notepad++.exe,0 【注：使用您自己的安裝檔案目錄】。
3.在新建的項open with notepad++下面新建項command（必須這個名稱）.修改command項右側視窗的預設值，修改為：d:\software\notepad++\notepad++.exe %1【注：使用您自己的安裝檔案目錄】，新增完畢！
就是右鍵檢視項裡notepad++沒有，也還好啦
如果想新增editplus，以上步驟也是可以的。
