在開啟visual studio2008編輯多個解決方案，其中乙個解決方案的wcf如果編譯有問題，此時如果在另外乙個解決方案新增或更新wcf服務引用，有可能會發生更新失敗的情況。
園子裡有位高手也遇到我這個情況，剛好google到，就直接摘到我這裡，作為備忘。原文如下：
